The security of your klx8 account is entirely your responsibility. You are strongly advised never to share your password or login credentials with anyone.

• If you share your login credentials with anyone, you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your account.

Either the user or klx8 may close an account. However, klx8 reserves the right to close an account without notice under certain circumstances.

• All pending withdrawals must be completed before an account is closed.
• Klx8 reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of the terms.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee.
• Following account closure, personal data will be retained for a specified period in accordance with legal obligations.

Klx8 is committed to delivering the best possible service. However, there are limitations to our liability in certain situations that all users should be aware of.

• In any dispute, klx8's server data and logs will serve as the final and definitive evidence.
